► GVIAS MEETING REPORTS
Thank you to all of you fabulous people who attended the GVIAS Meeting last Friday! It was truly a success, with much positive feedback, especially from newer members of the community.
In its 2nd year, the GVIAS board has really stepped up & accomplished many great things. Fabulous reports from Ruby on Accounting, Jenn on Directors' Retreat & Vision Committee, Goals by Baha, Intro to Committees by Erik, "Cafe Press" intro by Michael,

Please refer to http://gvias.org/meetings/ for various reports of presentations from the meeting on Friday Jan 22, 2010. More will be added as they become available.  So far reports include:

- Summary of the Director's Retreat including report on SWOT analysis  (Jenn)
- Presentation of short, medium, long term goals, as set by the Directors (Baha)
- Finance Lead Report to Membership (Ruby)
- Introduction of the Vision Committee (Jenn)

• Monday February 1st: FIRST PLANNING / PARTICIPATION MEETING! @ China Creek Coop
• Monday February 15th: 2nd planning meeting & Registration opens! @ China Creek Coop
• Wednesday March 3rd: 3rd planning meeting & theme cabin application deadline @ Yonderboy & Kazmira's
• Sunday March 14th: 4th planning meeting & Registration deadline (if not sold out!)  @ The Lions Den
• Monday March 29th: 5th & Final meeting, last minute issues @ China Creek Coop

All dates, arrive at 7pm, prompt meeting start at 7:30pm until 10pm at the latest!
