General Meeting – Committee Summary

• Members: Jennifer Archer (Chair), Allison Eden Andrews, Frank Roberts
• We are actively seeking participants.
• This committee was recently created to assist the Society in defining and maintaining its vision, purpose, and goals, and its role in the community.
• The purpose of the committee is primarily to engage and solicit member ideas about their vision for our community.  It is also a way to encourage membership participation, reflection and dialogue.
• Does our membership agree that the 10 Principles as currently written by Burning Man, LLC reflect the culture and values of our burner community?
• How does our community see GVIAS evolving in 1, 5 or 10 years? Do you have ideas about how to keep our membership actively engaged in shaping GVIAS' role in our community?

• Visioning is and will be an ongoing process and, once written, our strategic plan will undergo annual review. As such, the invitation for comments is ongoing.
