GVIAS will hold its annual Annual General Meeting virtually via Zoom from 6:30 to 9:00 pm on Sunday, April 10.
Voting will be held on the annual budget and the election of new board members. The board will present a review of what’s been going on behind the scenes during the pandemic. Due to the constraints of virtual voting, only GVIAS members will be able to attend. Pre-registration to verify membership will be required. Keep your eyes open for the formal notice later in March!

Are you interested in giving back? In shepherding our community into the future? In being behind the scenes for all the things? The GVIAS Board of Directors is looking for new dedicated individuals to fill 2-3 vacant positions for the upcoming term. We need YOU to fill them!

All nominations forms must be completed NO LATER than March 20, 2022 for your name to be added to the AGM election list.
Please note that all nominations are subject to the Board Nomination Policy found in the Policies section of your GVIAS website membership dashboard. You must be a member of GVIAS to be elected as a director of the society. If you are not already a member you can join the membership here.
