Communicating With The Board
We appreciate input from the membership, and ask that you continue to send inquiries on matters that you feel are important.
The following is a summary of our communication policy at this time:
- The BOD will periodically send news and information to members via the member mailing list, and social media.
- We will attempt to reply within 72 hours of receiving your message. Easy items may be responded to quickly, whereas sensitive questions may require more time. Patience is appreciated as we try to address all inquiries as thoroughly and as accurately as possible.
- The BOD believes social media is a powerful tool for communication and engagement, however, individual board members are not obliged to participate in any discussion on social media and will refrain from doing so on serious matters.
