Over 350+ members of our community took the time to share their thoughts with the Board and Production team in the Participant and Community Surveys sent out in August. WOW!! We’re elated by this amazing response — that’s a tenth of the people on this newsletter mailing list, and almost twice as many people as completed the Participant survey last year!

We said when we sent out the survey that your voices would impact our production team’s decisions. We want to show you that we’ve heard your voices, and be transparent about how production team is working to balance conflicting opinions. 

So grab some snacks and a bevvie and join us next week from the comfort of your own home to hear about sound policy, event date selection, kids, effigy and temple challenges, and a general wrap-up of the best and “most constructive” feedback we received. We’ll talk about our next steps, and discuss opportunities for YOU get involved in shaping What If 2026!

Our 2026 Production team will be announcing our Effigy, Temple, and theme submissions, AND we’ll share what to expect at Dustcovery on Nov. 15!
