Join us for the BitF ParticiParty at Trout Lake on Sunday, June 4th!

The moment has arrived for GVIAS to host another amazing pre-BitF post-preHeat-preBurn daytime soiree!!

GVIAS and BitF Leadership (including Board Members, Producers, and Pod Team Leads) are excited to meet & greet YOU, our future volunteer superstars!

It’s a great opportunity to ask some hard-hitting questions about what it means to be part of BitF, or just ask someone to pass you the ketchup!

Share your strengths and learn how you can volunteer to help build and curate a strong, safe, engaging, and FUN event. 

So come on down to the PARTICIPARTY!!! 

Enjoy some fun in the sun, mingle, chat, play games with the kids, dance to some skookum beats from prior BitF DJ sets, eat, drink – rinse and repeat between 2pm to 5pm.

Date: Sunday  June 4th, 2pm-5pm 

–ALL AGES WELCOME–

Location: Trout Lake (just East of the Community Center). Exact location will be confirmed on the BitF 2023 Discussion Group on Facebook the day of! 

Food: We’ll have BBQs going for meat and veggie hotdogs. Other finger foods and appetizers will also be available.

Drinks: We’ll have some cold non-alcoholic beverages for everyone, kids included!!

Leave No Trace Plan: Please bring your own glasses, utensils, and plates to help us limit waste and MOOP*.
