| Join us on Facebook and on the preHEAT 2023 website! GIFT YOUR PASSIONS, YOUR SWEAT, AND YOUR SHENANIGANS! At preHEAT, all activities, stages, theme camps, workshops, art, and performances are independently produced by preHEAT participants and offered free of charge for the benefit of everyone. This beautiful tapestry of citizen contributions is what makes preHEAT special. Participants dedicate their effort and time to the things that they are passionate about, then build them, bring them, and let the others experience their amazing gifts. The preHEAT experience is the sum of hundreds of participants’ passions, laid out for all to experience like a fantasy carnival midway. One of the most rewarding ways to experience preHEAT is to create something that stokes your passions, and share it with all of us! You can DIY and be your own rockstar, or collaborate and create lasting connections with other citizens! Add flavour to our event by bringing your Art & Interactive Theme Camp Spaces! Grants & Placement: If you want $$$ to fund your art or theme camp, get your deets together ASAP and fill out the Grants & Placement form. The application deadline Wednesday March 29. Apply for Grants If you want to share your art and create an immersive theme camp experience to share with the community, please fill out the Placement form by April 5.
