Conduct Committee Town Hall

Information Session: Incident Report Form and FAQ Document

Wednesday October 24, 2018

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Trout Lake Community Centre

The GVIAS Board of Directors and the Conduct Committee invite your feedback at our Town Hall Meeting on October 24, 2018.

The Conduct Committee will share two documents which will be implemented on the GVIAS website and invite your feedback. These documents have been worked on by GVIAS Board members and Conduct Committee Members over the summer and fall. They are based on Firefly Arts Collective’s Conduct Committee FAQ and Incident Report Forms.

1) The Incident Report Form that outlines all the information that will be requested when reporting an incident to the Conduct Committee.

2) The FAQ document that outlines what incidents can be reported and what happens when an incident report is submitted to the Conduct Committee.

We look forward to your questions, suggestions and feedback!

The Conduct Committee

Membership isn't required to participate, but members enjoy a number of perks including access to a community of doers and dreamers.
